Hancock Government Contractors (HGC) is a customer focused, full service, fully integrated facility Services Company.  We are uniquely qualified to provide facility services to government agencies in the continental United States and abroad as the prime contractor or through teaming partnership with our growing network of quality firms. 


HGC is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) located in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB).

Mr. Cecil Clark is a 20 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was promoted to the rank of sergeant at the age of twenty and reached the highest enlisted rank in just seventeen years. For fifteen years prior to starting Hancock Government Contractors, he held progressively challenging positions in the facility services industry. He has served in senior management positions for both regional and fortune 500 facility service firms, with distinction. Cecil holds a Master’s of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu. He has also matriculated and received a Certificate in Advance Leadership from Georgia Tech.
Additionally he devotes his time and resources to his Church and multiple charitable organizations.
